We are in the process of completing:
1. pulling off the trim pieces on corners of motorhome and taking out screws and using eternabond double stick tape to seal those screw holes for a long time to come.
2. eternabond rooftape to seal the roof seams
All areas were well cleaned first.
Hope to not have to do this ever again and avoid any leaks.
Eternabond is pricey but it is mostly a do it once thing from the research I've done (but clean well first).
