I resealed my 25 ft. fifth-wheel roof after repairing some water damage about three to four years ago. I used this. You may want to consider doing this as the lifetime of a rubber roof is 10-15 years.

I just reread the post and did not mention that the Liquid Roof went on beautifully. Tarping the trailer and taping it with painters tape was actually the most challenging (meaning that the application of the liquid EPDM with a roller was that easy).
I still own trailer and there are still no leaks three years later.
