Yeah, zoning code is that you have to park on an "all weather" surface. Gravel does not meet this def. BUT... it is apparently OK to drive thru a mud hole or across you neighbors' lot to get to your all weather surface :R Go figger
I did hire a contractor as I didn't feel up to DYI on a 20 x 60 (plus the work in front of the house), whether he got permits, etc. well I guess I never thought to ask. Anyway, didn't get shut down :)
Spent another $3000 getting the fence modified to suit. That was kind of an eye-opener. But the end result works well :)
