Really good question Scott. I was at a trade show about 6 months ago and Honda was there. I asked the guy if Honda was going to go with EFI in their 3000 watt unit soon. His answer was, "I don't think so." Honda tends to stick with old tech for a looooooog time. (They still have drum brakes on their quads)
I tend to agree with this guy. So the answer is, I don't know? I'm happy with my carb 3000 watt for now. I will have to do the remote start mod before the camping season starts for me though. Less than $50 bucks and a half a day of work and I will be good to go.
