For "me", the overriding ability to remote start a gen set is far and above more important than all of the plusses the 2000 watt units had.
Is it for you? Maybe not. If that's the case you should chose another unit to better fit "your" needs.
Pinellas Power Products offers an electric start option for the EU2000i and I'd presume they'd in time do the same with the new EU2200i. Add a Micro-Air Easy Start Soft Starter Kit to your A/C and there'd be no need at all for a HEAVY 3000 watt genset. ;)
