How can you use a dually chuck with a portable tire inflator

I have three of those inflators, two like that and a better one with a threaded end that I attach to the same kind of chuck you have. Had to pay $50 for the better inflator at Walmart but it is vastly better than the cheap ones - faster and able to top up my motorhome tires to 65 psi. I gave away my cheapest one to a bicycle owner and keep the other in the car.
