Buy a Schrader valve stem with an 1/8" male thread and a 1/4" x 1/8" steel bushing and install into your dually chuck. The Schrader valve stem usually sold at heating and plumbing supplies companies for use in hot water heat systems for bleeding the air out of the pipes.
