How can you use a dually chuck with a portable tire inflator

I had this air compressor. It worked fine for my wife's car and my truck, but not on the inner dual of the motor home. The compressor has a detachable hose, but the fitting was an odd size, not a standard size. I ended up buying a tap specifically for the standard fittings so I could use a standard hose. I just bored out the existing hole and installed a standard air hose quick disconnect.
