Craigslist and other sales sites will show what sellers are asking, which is not necessarily what buyers are paying. - Cobra21ExplorerCraigslist gives a good ball park figure of selling prices if you can find something similar to what you are looking at.
- midnightsadieExplorer IIand remember this ,ceck for water stains,, if you find any run don,t walk. rotton wood is not repairable with out taking the rv apart ,no matter what the seller says run.
- IAMICHABODExplorer IIWhen I was looking I first started with Nada RV to get an idea of the price ranges.
Then looked at RV Trader to see the prices that other people wanted for the units that I was looking for.
Then I looked at RVT.com but I found that a lot of their listings were quite old.
The Facebook listings are quite useless because you have to join a closed group to get any information.
Lastly I looked at the Rental Market and there I found the best deal.
All of this is free.
Good Luck. - Dick_BExplorerI would say that the rig is worth whatever you think it is worth for your camping experience. If it doesn't work for you then no price is a bargain. If it does you won't care how much it cost.
- Grit_dogNavigatorDo you homework and look for the same or similar for sale elsewhere.
Or if it's at a dealer, then assume they're asking at least 30% too much and start your negotiating with that in mind. - drsteveExplorerNADA will give you an idea. RV Trader and similar sites will show what sellers are asking, but not what buyers are actually paying. Used RVs vary widely in their condition too, some are barely used, others are all but used up. This does not always correlate with the age of the unit. Are you selling, or buying?
- Mountain_MamaExplorerIf you’re on Facebook and haven’t already, check out the FB page "RV Pricing and Values" before deciding and buying. Be sure and read the Pinned Post before asking questions! David should be able to help you
- RVT.com, and input make and model. You can adjust for area. The site is for buying and selling. I use the buying portion.
