How long sewer hose?
How long of a sewer hose do I really need? For the foreseeable future we intend on only patronizing highly-rated parks that we can research well in advance. I'd assume these would have convenient dump...

Like a lot of things, it depends.
We have one of those fulltime connected hoses & electric knife valves. We have to be within 5' of the dump hole without resorting to using an extension, which we don't carry.
Sometimes the FHU site has the dump located at a spot totally unusable by our system. There is always a way around a problem. Because of our systems limitations we always ask for a W/E site & go use the CG main dump station on the way out.
If we come in empty on a 1 or 2 nighter we don't bother dump. Better to let it ride & dump maybe at the next stop.
If you are going to be at a site for more than a few nights you had better carry enough hose for any situation at the site if it is FHU & you need to dump during your stay.
