How much clearance do you recommend when parking?

As someone else mentioned, I would have them check to be sure if you are allowed to park it there and I would also check with that neighbor as you will be awful close.

The only other issue I would see would be that it the driveway righ up next to the house and only a little space to spare, will you be able to open the door up to go in and out?

You have a road that is 51' wide to use to back in. That's a lot and a blessing.
