I use a truck jack... I found out that the jack that comes with my tow vehicle (F250 pickup) fits under my camper. And the extension bars that come with it work great.
I put the jack under the axle if possible, so I am not jacking on the frame of the camper. If needed, use a piece of wood to cushion and spread out the force a little to avoid denting or bending anything.
