If you mean on the side of the road, no... I don't have that many spares on hand.
If you are thinking about any extra wear that the "surviving" tire experienced, I would take that into consideration along with the age of the remaining tires. If they are all older (5+ years or so) I would look into replacing all of them when I was able to.
