You have to do your own homework on trailer specs and payload and all that. RV dealers either don't know or don't want to know many of the things they should. Heck, if you said your tow vehicle was a Prius, they would probably say, "Why, sure you can tow that 20 footer over there, it's an ultra light!"
I test drove a hemi Grand Cherokee last month, and I knew more about it than the salesman did. Not kidding. He didn't make a sale, either.
