Not sure, but I think any extra warranty coverage you have whether Good Sam or another company will require that you notify them of a problem and get authorization to have a repair made and approval of the facility where you are going to have the repair done. This is not unusual and you would have the same thing for an extended warranty on a house, car, appliances or anything you purchase the extra warranty policy for. You should get your Good Sam Warranty paperwork work out and read it. There should be instructions on how to file for a repair under the warranty.
