Are you buying the RV from a 3rd party and just getting Good Sam's financing?
If this is so, then it's reasonable. Their money will be on the limb with the RV. Don't see why they'll conduct two. Simply schedule it after you've installed every bells, whistles and options you want.
If you are buying it from them, then there is no reason for inspection fee. They charge for prep fees though since they do reasonable cleaning and test to check of all gardens and appliances are in good order before the hand over of the unit to you.
