When we sold one of our MH's a few years ago the buyers went through GS and they ordered an inspection. It was NOT comprehensive. Basically they are ensuring the RV actually exists and is in the shape as advertised and worth what the bank will lend for. It is not like a PDI or any other thorough inspection by an RV mechanic. I would still get a full inspection by a competent person if you don't feel you can do it yourself. But don't rely on GS's inspection. It's to the secure the loan - very different.
