LCI Electrical Leveling System Error Readings

I need some help. I’m having issues with my leveling system. When I try to lower the jacks in auto mode I keep receiving a low voltage error.

So, what battery(s) controls the leveling system? Is it the chassis (engine) battery or the house batteries?

I’ve looked in every compartment to see if there were any lights left one.

I’ve left on the battery discount and then turned it off.

When I first bought my RV I never had this issue.

It is a 2016 Thor Challenger, 36TL gas model.

Where do I need to troubleshoot?

    Do a quick google search for LCI leveling low voltage. There are several discussions regarding problems with this and how to reset, where the reset fuse is and even a connect to a troubleshooting manual.

    I know that to use the jacks on my Thor ACE the engine has to be running. It makes no difference if the batteries are charged or not, try the jacks with the engine running.
