I would avoid it! We had a 29' Sunline TT and it had ducted AC. I wouldn't want a non ducted AC trailer unless it was very small. There are so many different trailers available that it doesn't make much sense to me to buy one without ducted AC and heat. The fact that you are in Texas would seem to indicate that even more.
