Folks seem to make liberal use of a single 1500 watt space heater with the heat spreading ok.
The issue in my mind is if you have walls and/ or want to close doors.
Lived with window AC in real house and often cooled the whole thing with the big AC in the living room. Had a fan to help, but rooms with closed doors didn't cool but our bedroom at the far end was comfortable with a desk fan in the hall.
I'm thinking that most open style campers will be ok...bedroom partition or the bathroom could be warmer areas.
