Macerating/dumping into septic system vent stack.

I'd ask a plumber to put a proper clean-out by the RV. Most will understand the purpose of the "clean-out" and even put the proper screw threads in place so it can be used to empty out the RV's tanks.

"Provided we are adding chemicals" the answer is no.. However if you skip the chemicals the answer is yes.. (NOTE: This applies only to chemicals, not waste digester enzyme produces)

Assuming your macerator has a standard garden hose connection

Drill a 3/4" hole in the pipe and using a pipe die thread it 3/4" IPT.
Screw in a FEMALE garden hose adapter.. Swivel is nice but not necessary.

Put a plug (Standard city water inlet plug In the fitting.

To empty tanks,, Remove plug, insert male end of garden hose, hook hose to pump and .. Well you can figure it out from there.

We have a brand new system. The vent on our system is in the leaching field. You don't want to start pumping solids into the leaching field.

I dug down ahead of my septic tank and put in a Tee. Just plastic pipe that is glued together, took a couple hrs. Then I use my Blue Boy, to get the sewage there to the dump. Didn't ask didn't tell.

is that a "vent stack" or a clean out access? presumably your home septic system will be receiving less stuff when you are filling out the RV tank so it should average out about the same? Don't ask, don't tell

No, there doesn't HAVE to be, mine has no clean-out, Pipe comes from the house, directly to the septic tank, from there, out to a distribution box & out to the drain field.

I would first want to make sure I knew where the vent pipe was coming from. In advanced systems, the recirculating sand filter bed is vented. Don't want to dump it there. As far as I know,a normal septic tank isn't vented. But if your vent accesses the first chamber of the septic tank, I would put a "y" on the vent just below grade and create a clean out at grade. I am not a fan of macerating prior to entering a leachfield.

The first time you clog/fill faster than it will take you will be pumping waste on the ground before you even suspect a problem.
Consider the cost of a proper clean out versus the uncleanable mess if you pump out on the ground and where the mess will be (and stay till it's WASHED away) .

Ignoring the legal aspects it should work, but be sure not to plug the vent up. I would run a snake through the vent first to make sure I could clean it out if necessary...
