Max Air or Camco Vent Cover

My first vent cover was Camco. All was well, until I needed to remove it to install a Surflo vent fan. After about two years, the plastic was very brittle, and cracked when I tried to reinstall it.

I replaced it with a MaxxAir. I checked it for brittle about four years after installing it, it was not brittle. Ihe cover I bought was a bit spendy, but the design allows me to leave mo vent open rain or shine, wind or no.
