I agree with one of the initial answers, too many variables. Illinois electric rates are generally higher than Florida. We use a CG in Illinois for an extended stay (3 - 5 months) in the summer and electric is included. I have a buddy in a nearby CG in Illinois that pays metered electric and his GC doubles the utility company rates! They claim they are trying to pay for meters which they had to purchase....whatever....
Most CG's in Florida start charging metered electrical usage after a month or so, but then their rates go down also.
