Let me put it this way: When it comes to metered electric service.
Some states have passed laws that limit the cost to the camper to either the cost to the campground or a small multiple of that. (like 1.5 or 2.5)
Other states need to pass such laws.
Now think about why such a law is needed?
(HINT some campgrouds mark electricty up, WAY WAY WAY up).
NOTE; Campgrounds fall into 2 or 3 groups.
Some (Example; Where I am parked now) do not meter power at all, though they may charge you more for a 50 amp rig than for a 30.
Some: Meter monthly or "Long term" residents, but do not meter nightly (weekly may or may not as well)
I have never been to a CG that meters ALL, but ... possible it is.
