So got the external generator running. All it needed was a pull cord. We got it fully cleaned today, and I discovered there appears to be no power leak after all? The multimeter didn't come up with anything at least. Tomorrow we're going to try filling it up with water and make sure none of the tanks leak. I'll post pictures tomorrow of the interior.
