I just got this Blackstone Tailgater. A 16"x16" 20K BTU grille w/ heavy cast iron grates, AND a 16"x16" 15K BTU cold rolled steel griddle. Each just lifts off easily to use the large burners underneath (for dutch oven, pots, etc.) if needed. Have only used it so far for a breakfast at home to try it out (a full pound of bacon at one time, woohoo!), but so far I love it. It's easy to set up, adjustable for any terrain, and breaks down relatively compact, although it is heavy. Quickly heats up (500+ in the grille box, 400+ on the griddle surface). For $200, I have a large grille, a large griddle, 2 large open burners...pick any two at a time as needed.:C
