Need help finding a class A motorhome.

We are in the market for our first RV.

We are traveling by car from Missouri to Phoenix and our route on I-40 takes us through Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Albuquerque, and Flagstaff.

We thought we could do some RV shopping along the way.

Does anyone know of any big RV dealers around those parts ?

  • There are a LOT of class A's in Phoenix. Lots more than the other cities you are going through. Since you are ending up in Phoenix, take your time and look there.
  • If you were travelling thru Texas, I would suggest stoppng at PPL in Houston. I've only been on their website but understand they are one of (if not the)largest consignment RV dealers anywhere.

Of course you could always re-route your trip down thru Tx and still get to Phoenix eventually.

Good luck - there are LOTS of choices to make.
  • Used or New, you should find a wide selection out there. Phoenix area might have your best selection as older folks simply want to stay in the warmer climate year round. .
  • When we were looking we just googled rv dealers in the towns on the route. Then before return trip called and made our offer on the phone.
