Just fill up and go. Take I-10 East to Jacksonville, FL and then head north up I-95. Things should be snow/ice free until you get to Virginia, then just use caution. I-95 doesn't stay snow covered long, so you may have to wait it out a bit at a truck stop.
The Weather Channel is claiming temps will be above normal at the end of January and for February for the northeast, so you might not see much snow until you get to New England. By then, you can put the studs back on the tires and you should be good to go.
