I've had GS for 5 years, and used them probably 5 times. I have not had a single problem with them.
I'm sure there are good/bad experiences for any roadside service. I would think that most problems are going to arise from inadequate tow/repair service providers, or lack of providers.
To me these things are beyond GS/CN control. Its how they handle the bad situation that counts.
