New to TT - TT Tow Weight Question

I need to get to a cat scale to weigh myself, but even fully loaded I have no issues at all.
Also while the weight is brochure listed at over 6000 lbs, the actual dry weight Dorr sticker is 5900 lbs, so the hitch weight is lower than the 865 I assume too. Also when I load the camper, everything is in the rear storage area as to not increase hitch weight too much. Also all the food is in the pantry which is behind the axles. The only thing I store front of the axles is a patio mat, some cookwear, and 2 small folding chairs.
