No it does not. No sticker's include 150 pound driver. It is a federally mandated sticker in the USA by NHTSA as a result of the Ford/Firestone debacle. Often times tow ratings include 150 pound driver, but not payload as equipped per the sticker below
Locate this sticker on driver's door and note what your truck has where mine says 2051:

Subtract estimated weight of people and maybe 200 pounds for cargo in the bed. Multiply by 7 for dry TW.
