If you poured the bleach in the tank fill then hooked up to city water, you just ran city water through your lines. You need to take the hose and fill the fresh water tank through the fill on the side then turn on the water pump and run water through all the faucets (hot & cold) till you can smell the chlorine Then let it set for a while drain the fresh tank refill the tank and run fresh water through all the lines again till the smell goes away.
In a sense you have two separate water systems fresh water tank and city water hook up.
