It will be very tempting to buy things because they "might be convenient", but it's better to wait until you know you really will use them. Do a weekend driveway campout using stuff out of your home and see how convenient they are for you. Then you can decide what to buy. You'll also be able to identify those things that are must haves.
Wait to see if the dealer throws in any of the basics, if any.
Otherwise, yes, sewer hose, adapters; fresh water hose (they're usually white or blue, and labeled as safe for drinking water), water pressure regulator.
I agree that you should seriously consider drive-way camping, or at a campground close to home. Be sure to bring a pen and pad to make notes about what you need/want.
If you get caught up in the excitement and splurge on everything you imagine you want, half of those items will end up taking residence in your garage. Ask me how I know! LoL
