One thing not mentioned so far is a clear elbow for your tank dump stem. I know that watching poo go down the drain sounds a little why for?? That lets you see when your tank flush runs clear and that the tank is empty. If your girl is like mine she uses ALOT of TP. I will tell you to expect plugs and the tank won't fully empty......at first. Understand the dumping process and don't dump your black tank till its full, or fill it before you dump it so it has the proper water back pressure to push any solids out.
I agree with all the other suggestions here. I think the biggest variable is cooking needs. Are you going to go out to eat when on the road? Not usually practical but always an option. Some here are camp fire cooks and have all that's need for camp fire cooking. Some use their outside kitchens all the time. I carry my Coleman camp stove and a weber Q and my cast iron pans. We cook outside most always.
You will get it to your own level of comfort in due time. Just don't fill it with all sorts of stuff you won't use. Weight is an issue. Just because your truck may pull 9000+ pounds won't make it a pleasant experience. Good luck and happy camping
