Newbie needs advice for 1st RV trip in a week.

We just purchased a used Gulf Stream BT cruiser 5291 which we will pick up in Missouri and then head out to Colorado to spend some time with my parents. From there we plan to go through Rocky Mtn Nat...

In hot weather run Genny and roof AC...Usually low draw appliances will work as long as your batteries are charged and your inverting power, micro, TV, no problem, electric cooktop NO, AC no, etc...We don't plan our stops, most of the time we make it up as we go....call ahead for private campgrounds, reserve on line state parks.....and remember Wallmart is always open....have fun.
