You have 2 issues
You apparently don't have a CPAP capable of running on 12v.
You have no way of running the a/c.
You could get a 12v brick or inverter to recharge the CPAP from the tow vehicle.
But you'll need a inverter generator to run the a/c, at least 2800w.
But trying to keep a popup cool, in 110 degrees, will be virtually impossible.
You need to get a set of Popup Gizmos and some Reflectix. That would help a lot.
