Waste water is heavy, that is why I have a hitch ball on the toad to pull the tote to the dump, it is slightly off center so that I can watch the tote on the right hand mirror and I drive very slow to the dump.
Also when the handle is placed on the hitch and the tote goes forward when I stop it goes just under the bumper and can not disengage or jump out, I have complete control, seen one come loose and a mad dash to stop it luckily it was a small one and did not rupture.
