I'd be interested in what the ticket said as well. Perhaps there's an ordinance the OP is unaware of. I have no idea of my town ordinances as we always kept ours in the back yard.
Jebby 14 was talking about being LEGALLY unpleasant. There are proper ways to handle neighborhood disputes. Violence is not one of the ways.:)
