Pismo Coast Village timeshare
Does anyone have information on the good/bad about timeshares? We have camped at Pismo Coast Village before and wonder about the merits of owning a share or not.

There is also two parks across the street that are on a share purchase basis. Pismo Creek RV Park with shares still available and is a park that only allows use by its shareholders.
There is also Holiday RV Park which has no shares available but does have a list of shares for sale by owners. This park does allow outside guests.
Shares for these two parks range between $7,000.00- $12,000.00.
Both parks have low yearly maintenance fees.
