No maintenance fees at PCV. My husband and I have owned timeshares before at hotel resorts. These shares ate different. What is being sold or wanted to purchase are the original 1500 (I thought it eas 1800) shares. In the 70's these shates sold for $2500/$2700. Supply and demand have made prices rise to $32k - $34k. It is by far the best situation for camping, owning 45 days a year, hauling a RV or storing with PCV (they deliver $25 in and $25 out (back to storage), that is a bargain cimpared to fuel. We've owned our shares for 15 yrs. and we love it there. It's our beach house. It is top notch friendly, accommodating, walking distance to town and restaurants. Listen to pounding waves. Large sites, compared to other campgrounds across street. Shares can pass to heirs. All positive from post - ***** rating!
