Purchased a week at San Luis Bay Inn near this campground. The one bedroom condo, book able any week of the 52, originally sold for $18,000. We purchased ours for less than $5,000.00 eight years ago. We have been offered double that, have maintenance fees of less than $500.00 a year (a comparable condo in the area would rent for $300.00 / night). And is across the street from the beach.
We use it every year, have traded to Hawaii and have no regrets.
Now, let me tell you about the other timeshare at Stalion Springs that we purchas on eBay for $30.00. Yes, thirty dollars.
