I bought a Blackstone griddle. We really like it. Can cook anything on it from chicken and burgers to pancakes, eggs and stir fry. There’s a 17” model with one burner. I have the 28” model because of two burners. 28” model has legs but it can also sit on a table without them. Easy clean up. Check it out. Lots of the chain stores carry them. Can get bigger ones also
