I agree with everything you wrote, except that I use 60 PSI air pressure, and don't put any anti-freeze in the lines, just the drains and the toilet.
Also, since I don't run anti-freeze through the pump, I disconnect the water lines from it; remove, drain, and clean the pump strainer, run the pump dry, then reassemble the strainer and lines.
And, if the water heater has a plastic drain plug, be VERY careful with it, it can break very easily. There is no anode rod in the water heaters with the plastic plug!
