I hook my hose to the city water inlet. Put the air chuck on the end of the hose and blow air in the hose. Turn on the faucets one at a time and wait for air. Then I pour a gallon of antifreeze in the hose. Hook the air back up turn on the faucets one at a time and wait for antifreeze. Then go around one more time and wait for air.. I winterize the lines, faucets, traps and tanks all in one shot. Oh run the water out of the pump too.
