Regular septic safe toilet paper will work fine in RVs. That RV specific toilet paper is a waste of money. The key is using plenty of water and waiting to dump until the tank is at least 3/4 full.
The wipes would be a no-no and having been to places where used TP is placed in trash cans, the day that is a requirement is the day the RV gets a "For sale" sign on it.
