Think about this: Those wipes are packed in water, alcohol, soap, and perfumes. They stay firm and useable in that bath forever. (You don't know how long they have been sitting on the shelf before you bought them!)
Do you really think they will "break down" in your RV holding tank, or a septic tank, or in a municipal waste treatment plant?
The first time I flushed the black tank after purchasing our current coach, I got about 6 of those things out of there. They were in perfect condition, appeared to have just come out of the package! The coach had been sitting on the dealer's lot for 6 months or so!
DO NOT flush those things, EVER, ANYWHERE!
If you need further reinforcement, call your waste treatment plant operator. I'm sure he will have a LOT to say about the issue!
