K Charles, this is my first RV and I was thinking I would likely trade it in, in a few years(when kid outgrows bunk bed). I will not be buying again from this dealership. I was shocked by this whole fiasco and that they have been in business so long. Heck I even made the mistake of assuming they would take home after dropping off the RV. Instead I had to call a taxi. Guess the Honda dealership has me spoiled. So no, I won't be recommending them to friends and no I will not be buying my next RV from them.
