If you are headed to Ohio, why not stop in Elkhart, Indiana. Talk to Gerald Straw at Charger Enterprises (call in the a.m.) and see if he will do your warranty work. I'm not sure, but it's worth a shot. He gets everything in/out as fast as he can. He just put a new jack on our Phaeton. Told us to have it there early (7-ish) and he would "work us in." Called at 9:15 and it was done!
The Jayco plant is just down the road. . . but I'm not sure they have a service center. I always had the impression they had their dealers take care of things.
You will not be disappointed with Charger. They have done work for us for years. Gerald and I graduated from high school together! You can camp at Elkhart Campground while you're here.
