I have to say that I've been fortunate and haven't had those kind of problems. Now that we're in Ohio, I have been dealing with Moore's RV in North Ridgeville and they always schedule and complete work in a prompt manner. I've had the same experiences with Ron Potts RV (Johnstown, OH), Avalon RV (Medina, OH), Mantelli Trailer Sales (Lockport, NY) and Ballantyne RV (Victor, NY). So, I guess I've been lucky.
But I agree, if you are going to own an RV, you need to learn to do as much as possible as the hourly labor rate at RV shops has really gotten pricey. And, there is a lot of information and "how to" videos available online that are very useful as well as the help and advice available here on the forums.
