This is not like taking your car in for repairs....
When you take your car back to the dealer, the manufacturer has pre-staged thousands of dollars worth of parts at the dealer, and millions of dollars worth of parts at a regional warehouse. So parts are available to the dealer within a day or two in most cases.
Your RV manufacturer does not pre-stage any parts. If you need a part from the RV manufacturer, it has to come from the factory, or from the company which supplies the manufacturer.
Also, every separate component of your RV is warrantied by the individual manufacturer.
Jayco didn't manufacture the AC, the fridge, the water pump, the furnace, the water heater, the axles, the awning, etc. Each of those is warrantied by the individual company, NOT Jayco.
An RV warranty and warranty work is a lot more like a new home than an automobile. You, the owner, have to deal with all the individual manufacturers of the appliances. (Before we sold our home we had to have some faulty windows replaced. We didn't talk to the builder - but the window manufacturer.)
That said - your RV dealer is providing very poor service. Get your rig back, and learn to fix minor items yourself. Stay away from them in the future. Complain to both the BBB and Jayco about your service experience.
Another point - for relatively minor work which isn't a major warranty issue - I've found a mobile RV repair person to be the best option. They get paid to finish jobs. And the faster, better work they do, the more jobs they can get done.
Yes, it is unpleasant to pay $150-200 for a service call to fix something the dealer should be able to get done in an hour or two at no cost to you.
Another thing I've done in the past for minor things like you mentioned - make an appointment with the service manager, bring in the rig, and not leave the property until the work is done. If they say they can't get to it right now, I take my rig and leave.
Though of course, I've parked the rig in a location which ties up traffic to their sales and service area, so they really want my rig moved.
